Why are the scan module and switch module options greyed out in instrument settings tab of the BenchVue DAQ app?
Answer
This can occur if the DAQ970A or DAQ973A that BenchVue is connected to has the DMM turned off. To check the status of the DMM on the instrument select Home>>User Settings>>DMM to see the DMM status. If this is set to off then turn it on and restart the BenchVue DAQ app (BV0006B).
