Keysight Knowledge Center Login Troubleshooting Tips

Do you have a Knowledge Center account?

If you do not have a Knowledge Center account, you may register by selecting  Register for the Keysight EEsof EDA Knowledge Center.  In order to access the Knowledge Center, you will need to have a valid support contract.

Why doesn't my Keysight login work for Knowledge Center?

Prior to December 5th, 2014, you were required to have two separate username / login accounts.  Now, you should be able to use the same email address that you registered with to access both accounts.

Make sure that your Caps Lock is turned off.

Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive.

Forgot your user name or password?

If you've forgotten your username or password, you may reset your password. If you are still having difficulty, please contact Technical Support.

Unsupported Status

After logging in, you notice that your status has changed to "Unsupported". Why? There are two common causes:

  • The License ID (aka CPU ID, MAC address, Dongle ID, Host ID) entered in your Knowledge Center profile no longer matches our database of valid support subscriptions. This could be the result of an incorrectly entered License ID, or the support subscription has been rehosted to a different computer and thus a different License ID. If your support subscription is up-to-date, then it is likely that your License ID needs to be corrected or updated in your profile. Please contact Technical Support for help with getting your profile updated with the correct License ID information.

  • Your support subscription has expired. Supported access is reserved for customers with valid support subscriptions. If you don't think your status is accurate, then please contact Technical Support for assistance.
