  1. This model is used to de-mutiplex pilot, TFCI, FBI, and TPC bits from uplink dedicated physical control channel (DPCCH).
    Each firing, 10 tokens are consumed at DPCCH; TF tokens, F tokens and T tokens are produced at TFCI, FBI and TPC, respectively, where TF is the number of TFCI bits, F is the number of FBI bits and T is the number of TPC bits based on UL_DPCCHType. The number of pilot bits and pilot pattern are also based on UL_DPCCHType.
