Notes/Equations
  1. This model is used to multiplex dedicated downlink physical channels.
  2. Each firing, one slot of DPCH tokens is generated. The number of tokens consumed at TPC and TFCI is determined by the slot format selected.
  3. The formatted bit stream is then coded by STTD encoder. STTD coded and non-STTD coded bits are output separately.
